Zumba Booking
There is no need to book for a regular Zumba Fitness class just turn up a few minutes before the class starts.  Be sure to pick up your class card and get your stamp for each class you do. For every 10 stamps you get a free class! Courses and workshops, however must be booked and paid for in advance and generally run over a period of 8 weeks (8 classes). 

BarreConcept Booking
Places are limited and so booking is advised.  Discounted rates are available for monthly bookings (4 classes) paid in advance. This will secure your place. Drop in rates are available, but only if there is space in the class, so please check in advance.

What You Need to Bring

No special equipment is necessary; just wear clothing that you feel comfortable moving in,
trainers that you can dance in and some water to drink.

For BarreConcept classes we work in bare feet, socks or ballet shoes. Mats are provided, but you may wish to bring a towel.

Health and Safety
Always check with a health care professional before you embark on a new fitness activity if you have any ongoing injuries or concerns. Always let me know before the class starts if you are new to exercise, have an injury of any kind, are pregnant or have recently had a baby. I am always available for a quick chat at the start and end of class and can give you alternative movements and advice to best suit you.  Please note that Zumba do not recommend you take classes if you are pregnant, you may attend BarreConcept whilst pregnant, but you must still advise me before the class.

All Zumba® and BarreConcept classes are for over 16's only.
